At Doug's Hood River, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
